Strange weather in Jerome and Northern Arizona in Mid-May! We typically have sunny blue skies and 95 degree temperatures. This weekend however, it was quite chilly in the morning with wind, rain and not a lot of sun. Whenever there is inclement weather, I am watching the red rocks and Sedona for any photographic opportunities. This storm, late in the afternoon, did not disappoint. Enjoy the view!
The views of the Verde Valley, the Mogollon Rim, the Red Rocks of Sedona and the San Francisco Peaks are amazing. Add some weather or interesting clouds to the mix, (can you say monsoon?) and amazing things can happen with color, light and shadow.
